How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?
Absolutely! During the checkout process, you will find a text box where you can enter a custom message. We will print this on a premium gift card and include it inside the package at no extra cost.
What is your return policy for gift items?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that personalized or custom-made items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to over 20 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at the final stage of checkout.
